I would like to start by saying that a person is never a one size fits all approach to care especially when it comes to nutrition and mental health. My mission is to provide evidence based care by supporting people with their physical and mental health as they progress through life on their own journey 

Therapy Session

I understand that starting therapy can feel a bit unknown, and I want to assure you that my approach is centered around creating a safe, understanding, and non-judgmental space for you. In our sessions, we'll work collaboratively to explore your experiences, whether they relate to body image, anxiety, navigating disordered eating patterns, improving communication, or anything else impacting your well-being. We'll explore how these challenges show up for you, identify underlying patterns, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies to help you feel more empowered and at peace. I aim to create a space where you can discover and refine the tools and insights that will support your personal journey toward a more fulfilling life, always at your own pace.

 Nutrition Session

Every nutrition session with me is personalized and aimed to support the client and their needs. We spend time unpacking your health goals and discussing a variety of nutrition related topics. There is always lots of time for questions and discussion within each session. Follow-up sessions are recommended within the first 3-5 weeks depending on the person and their needs, as this allows people to work towards their goals that were discussed in session and identify any barriers with moving forward. We spend time discussing a variety of topics such as, your health history, your relationship with food, intake, exercise, relationship with your body, new diagnoses and so much more.
